Recipe: Smores Pops

I made these tasty delights for Will's Birthday Party, but they are so easy that I would definitely make a few during the week for a quick pick-me-up. I even saved the extra graham cracker crumbs for just an occasion!

Ingredients:
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (or any other melting chocolate)
- Graham Crackers, smashed into crumbs
- Big ol' Marshmallows
- Lollipop sticks
- parchment paper

Directions:
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stab the marshmallows with the lollipop sticks.
- Dip the marshmallow in the chocolate. Roll it around in there and shake the excess off.

- Roll the freshly chocolated marshmallow stick into the graham cracker crumbs.
My sister was a pro at this!

- Lay the finished pops out on some parchment paper while they set up.

For the party, I picked up $1 metal buckets from Target, tossed in a Styrofoam ball, covered it with shredded craft paper, and carefully shoved the sticks into the ball. They were the perfect mobile snack!
