Friday Fave: Keurig Coffee Maker

Hubby and I have oohed and ahhhhed over this coffee maker for a while now. I have been under the If-It's-Not-Broke-Don't-Fix-It frame of mind for a while now since stuff just seems to keep breaking... (TV, Hubby's truck, my car...)

I was at my Dr.'s office a couple weeks ago and went to go get a cup of coffee while I waited. (I've been going here since I was 8 years old for my asthma & allergies, so it's kind of like a 2nd home to me and I just help myself.) To my surprise, they had this Keurig Coffee Maker and a butt load of K-Cups to choose from. I was so excited that it took me a minute to decide which kind of coffee I wanted. I popped my K-Cup in the slot, pulled the handle down, picked the size I wanted, and stuck my cup underneath. A couple seconds later, I've got a tasty cup of coffee. It's so easy and fun to use!

I came home gushing to Hubby about how cool it was! I had actually thought about getting it for him for Father's Day, and come to find out, he was thinking of getting it for my birthday. So guess what we bought each other! YAY!

We've had it almost a week now, and both LOVE it! It's awesome because hot water is at your fingertips anytime you need it. I've used it to make Will and I oatmeal for breakfast. I used it to make myself some tea in the evening when my allergies were driving me crazy and I could barely breathe. And Hubby and I use it every morning now. It's so easy and involved practically NO CLEANING! GENIUS!!!
